This private residence is a unique place for winter and summer vacation, to relax or to enjoy outdoor mountain activities, nature and local cuisine. It is located in the lower side of Makrynitsa village in the foothills of Pelio mountain, with a beautiful view of Volos town,just 5 minutes driving to the center of Makrynitsa village and less than 10 minutes by car from the center of the town, which gives the alternative of exploring the coastal side of Magnesia.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people in the two main house bedrooms and the guest House. and optionally plus one more person in the living room area (upon request).

There is a multi-level terrace with barbeque, overlooking the town of Volos and the beautiful mountain that surrounds us.
